Write to support@richlist.online and you will hear back within two working days. There is no form and no ticket number.
What to write about
- A refund. Inside fourteen days it is automatic and needs no reason. Send the email address you paid with.
- Your listing. Editing it is done from the link in your receipt. If you have lost the receipt, write and we will send another.
- Somebody pretending to be you. Impersonation is removed and refunded. Tell us which listing and why, and we will act on it.
- A payment that went wrong. A duplicate charge or a failed listing is returned in full as soon as we see it.
What we cannot help with
We cannot confirm that anybody on the list is as rich as they say, because we never checked, and we will not start for a single listing. We give no financial advice and no opinion on whether a declared figure is plausible. The methodology page explains exactly what we do and do not look at.
